Hi, I'm using the Magoosh GMAT 6 months study plan. I'm aiming to get a score of 740. If I follow the Magoosh GMAT 6 months study plan alone properly, will that be sufficient ? any suggestions.
3rd party company has to be used for only concept learning-Don't practice their question, please. After completion of GMAT concept from 3rd party, you should apply your knowledge to the ONLY official guides' question. If your score is good enough then think that those 3rd party materials is good. If not, then try to change materials for concept learning.

Thank you, TheUltimateWinner, for assisting members of the community. I agree with what you have written above. Although Magoosh is fine to use to learn strategies and content, practice should always be centered on official material. I like to say that like produces like, that GMAT™ questions have a certain feel to them. For these reasons, it makes sense to study official material. (No one I know who has earned a 700+ score has said it was better to study third-party material than real questions, at least for anything other than learning the ropes of the test.)

Good luck, pkarthik, with your studies. If you have further questions, feel free to ask.

- Andrew
