Ratio of men to women = 5 : 3
\(\frac{men}{women} = \frac{5}{3}\)
\(\frac{men}{39} = \frac{5}{3}\)
men \(= \frac{5}{3} * 39 = 65\)
Total = men + women = 65 + 39 = 104. Answer E
