Hi Anmit123,
I have been living in Boston for past 8 years and I can tell you that both of them are good schools. Babson is generally recognized more for Entrepreneurship and BU more for Healthcare. Having said that, CFO of my start-up is a Babson MBA and loved the program.
1. Cost is an issue - According to me Babson is a no-brainer then.
2. Cost is not an issue - Its tough as both should give you access to Boston area and New England in general. I would still pick Babson but I think it will be close between them both.
