Inputs & Choices Overview:
Background: based on your own judgement, how do you think your background will be perceived by the admissions committee? There are differentiators that make one's profile more or less diverse. For example an Indian male engineer is likely highly over-represented whereas a New Zealand Engineer is likely under-represented and a Military Applicant with Special Forces designation is likely under-represented or Unique in their background. Examples:
Undergrad Prestige in Your Country: - are there regular applicants to the MBA programs of your choice from your Undergraduate institution?
Age: This is age at the time of matriculation
Work Experience: This is your work experience at the time of matriculation
Reapplicant: If you are a reapplicant with a significant change in your application such as a difference of GMAT score that's 40 points or more AND additional changes such as using help with admissions or meaningful promotion in this application season, please select NO
How does it work?
There is a short and a long version of the tool. You could technically fill out just the GMAT/Background information. In that case, the tool assumes AVERAGE values for all other answers. To get the most precise answers/estimates, please answer every question. We have been working for a few years on a project that has been a brain-child of souvik101990 and I am glad we are finally at the stage that we can release and share it. Please give it a try and share what you think - appreciate any comments/feedback.

Not yet. This tool only works for FT MBA Admissions.
Is this tool Perfect?
Ha. No. It is based on historical data but it is not perfect for every case. This is likely a case that explains the 80% of data and then has 20% outliers.

whomstmd hope this finds you wellI like your profile, you have a pretty differentiated background. However, at the end of the day, things must come together to create a wholesome case for a top B-school admit. Rotman and Ivey seem to be safe schools, so I am not going to say much there. You would have to mess up your application to not get an invite and an eventual admit.
For the US top schools, your GMAT is less than competitive, especially that Quant score. Also, I would have to understand your growth trajectory in the 7 years of your career in real estate to understand what makes you a good candidate for Product roles. What are the transferrable skills? And while you were in Canada, why could you not get into product without an MBA if you have a passion for tech? There is a potential gap regarding your career choices and your passion that you must address.
I would say the same for schools like INSEAD, LBS, Oxford, and Cambridge, although as an applicant to these schools, you will have a significant advantage of being someone with a global perspective due to your dual nationality, which will fetch you brownie points. I feel INSEAD and LBS may be on the aspirational side, while the others could range in the reach category depending on the other details about your profile.
If you suffer test anxiety, try to train your brain by emulating situations that cause you stress during an actual exam. I did the same. I took several mock exams and stringently followed a timed approach for all the questions I attempted during mocks. I even took the mocks at the same time slot as the actual exams. I hope you can increase your score, but it's not the end, and you still have a decent score.
