Pretty straight forward:
For simplicity sake, let's take 2 kg of mangoes as 1 unit, and 1 dozen of oranges as 1 unit
(1) 5 units of mangoes and 2 units of oranges costs $252, INSUFFICIENT because we CANNOT assume that each of these units are equal
(2) 1 unit of mangoes = 1 unit of oranges, INSUFFICIENT because we do not have a price to calculate
(1) + (2) = Sufficient
