    Upon first glance the answer can’t be A or B. C is too large b/c .5 is the reciprocal, and 2/.5 is approximately 400%. 1.5 has a reciprocal of aproximately .66 and 1.5/.66 is 225%.

    2. Has to be A or B. “In the department” sounds correct. E has an extra that at the end which makes the sentence incorrect. I am going with A because B is too wordy.
