bb I am a bit confused. If every day 3-5 questions will be posted, then we can only attempt 3-5 timers per day right? So how can we attempt 30 timers within 24 hrs and get the Christmas points?


You take 30 timers ;-)

If you look at the table, there is an explanation conveniently provided:

I have answered 30 timers today via the forum quiz, but I am not getting the 50 bonus points for this.
My Error log has more than 30 questions answered today using the timer.

First of all, thanks a ton for organizing this competition.

Having said that I have a concern. I received kudos on my explanations of yesterday's verbal questions but those kudos are not reflected in my total points. Is there any technical glitch or am I missing something here?

Hi bb,

Will I receive 30 timers points if I complete the 30 timers in 24 hours(starting from the time when the question for a new day is posted) or is there a time frame to attempt 30 timers?

The 30 timers have to be per day using the US Pacific Time (GMAT Club's official time). It is not in a 24 hour segment but per regular day. Your day may be different from someone else but we measure it until midnight of one day and then another day starts after that.

How do you it was this post that did not get points? And not another one? :-o :blushing:
It is the Flue pandemic that you did not get Kudos for.

I see you got 3 kudos for 4 questions answered so you got 300 bonus points. Your total score is 400 at the moment. It seems to be correct. Let me know if I missed anything.
But we use this system for Olympics, Game of Timers, and other competitions and it has proven reliable. If it does fail, it fails for everyone and not individual people but I welcome your questions as long as you do the research and read the rules :please: :angel:
