My diagnostic, study strategy, and practice CAT scores are all very similar to yours
I noticed that your verbal score ended up being just a bit lower than your practice scores. Do you have any inclination of what caused the (very slight) discrepancy? Also if you could travel back in time and talk to yourself 1 week before the test, would you have any last minute advice to impart?
Grats and thanks again!
Thanks, and it's great to hear that you're doing really well in the practice exams. Honestly, I'm not entirely sure where the verbal discrepency came from, but If I had to guess it was from RC. I was almost sure nailed the first two passages without issues, but the second two were some of the most dense and complex passages I'd ever come across. It's tough to advise on it either way, since I believe I did all the necessary RC preparation and it sounds as though you have too. One thing I can say is just make sure you eat something either before the test or during the break between the quantitative and verbal sections. A powerbar, banana, almonds, whatever you can use to keep your energy up.
If I could go back one week, I really wouldn't change much. By the look of your practice scores, you scheduled the exam because you knew you were ready for it. Just try to look forward to your test day with anticipation, without despair. You'll likely have just have as much fun as I did showing the CAT you know what you're doing!

Congrats on the high score man! My test is on Saturday. I've been doing pretty decently on my practice tests and hopefully I'll be able to get a score similar to yours.
Best of luck!
