adding TIME ZONE with profile!

I think one useful thing here could be to instead add an "active time" feature.

An "active time" is not based on your location, but can be selected to reflect what time you are most active on the forum.

For example, I can select 4PM to 6PM Pacific Time as my "active time" on the forum. This is a good way to take care of the privacy part too

As this way I don't have to reveal my physical location / timezone. 4PM to 6PM Pacific Time could mean 7PM to 9PM Eastern Time or 11PM to 1AM GMT or 9AM to 11AM Canberra Time, nobody would know.

For the expert reply, a feature "typically replies in xxx" can be added where an expert can replace xxx by the amount of time it would typically take for them to reply to any query based on their current bandwidth.

This will give the help seeker a fair idea of the expected wait time and be patient in their follow-ups with the experts.
