Hi there, you have some great experience behind you and the shift to Malaysia shows some good international exposure. I assume you also have some leadership responsibilities? Don’t worry about the 2 year break - maternity leave is a good reason! - but make sure it’s clear on your resume and in your essays somewhere that’s why you were off work. 750 is a strong goal for your GMAT - good luck. Booth and Wharton are always stretch schools but with a strong application and good scores together with your breath of experience will help.

A higher GMAT score might help offset the lower UG GPA. You could also take a quant focused class - that could help. Johnson seems viable, and as far as ECs -- anything else you do at work, perhaps even informally? Think about impacts through informal mentorship -- or formal programs that might be easy to join. Always good to have some ECs that go beyond personal fun/hobbies -- and help others/show you will be a strong team member.

Those are great targets and you might also consider LBS. For US schools, perhaps research CBS for the ED round and or JTerm -- they tend to be flexible with applicants approaching your years of experience. Best wishes!

Hi, Congrats on your excellent GPA! It also sounds like you have a really strong track record from your time at Deloitte. Yes, schools really do value a family business background, as students often bring experience of different niche industries and additional leadership to the classroom. In addition to the colleges you’ve mentioned, if you’re looking outside the US you might also want to consider INSEAD and HEC in Europe.
