Hi there, I think your best chance of funding for an EMBA programme is probably through loans...there tend to be fewer scholarships available for EMBA students simply because most people are still working. There are some available at LBS where I used to work, but the best idea is to check out your target schools for this individually :-)

You are on the older end for these schools so I would keep this in mind as you work toward a 720+ GMAT. I might also consider some 1 years as well as CBS JTerm as they are geared toward students with more professional experience. Important no matter what program to also have some current EC involvement!!!

Hi there, It depends a lot on how many rounds there are at your school of choice. For big schools like HBS where there are only two rounds it’s probably to get in early; if your school offers 4 rounds, for examples, R2 is fine. Generally we advise as early as possible, but only providing that your application is the best it can be...otherwise wait and make sure everything is fully ready to go.

congrats on your GMAT! Save that :) I would think more about how to stand out through ECs and ways you can make an impact at work outside of your day to day role. The GMAT may offset the GPA a little bit, but stronger leadership presence and impact at work (only achieved over time) may help as well. The GPA will be low for the top top schools but if there is a reason, maybe you can explain it. Think also about who you will ask to write LORs and develop a deep relationship with them; get a mentor at work and mentor othes, too!
