Most individuals studying for the GMAT are probably aware but I figured they deserved their own post so more people can learn about these resources and discuss how to best utilize them.

each resource provides forums where users can discuss aspects of the GMAT and ask for help. In addition to forums, they also offer all kinds of study resources, product discounts, product reviews, information about business school admissions, help with MBA applications, and more.

I'm interested to hear others' thoughts on these two resources. Which one do you like better? What specific resources on either site have you found particularly helpful? Is there any bad information on either site?

Which one is better is NOT the matter at the end of the day; the matter is "how do use these two sites for your preparation". If you don't like any specific site's any specific resource, just ignore it. If it helps then grasp it.
All the best for your prep.
