A quick scan of last year's Consortium thread shows that applicants received acknowledgement emails as early as October 29th, so I hope you and I aren't in the minority this time around. Just curious, how long would you reasonably wait before contacting the adcom about the status of your application?
and trying to make sense of things before I go into a doom and gloom scenario.
