For the employment history section, do we have to create a separate entry of each position held within the same organisation?

I think it would be OK to go either way. For example, my company decided to change our titles which resulted into everyone in our department having a title change but no difference whatsoever. So I would skip that but if you got a promotion or there’s a meaningful change then you absolutely want to demonstrate that. That can get you admitted 😂

Appreciate it One follow-up question, perhaps for everyone currently filling out the application: In the test scores section, it states, 'Please upload proof of English Proficiency Certificate.' However, the options provided below include only GMAT, GRE, IELTS, and TOEFL. So where do we upload that?

Yeah me too, i work as a business owner and board member at my family foundation. I asked the adcom and they are completely fine to ask client or business mentor for the LoR. However, they clearly mentioned that asking family or relatives for LoR is highly discouraged and i think the adcom will see it as a flaw in our application. I asked former colleague and business mentor to provide LoRs for my application.

My recommder for LoR didn’t received any mail to the company mail searched all places and tried couple of times .can we use his personal mail for LOR ?will it deffer any of my chances?

Not sure about Cornell, but most colleges provide space to justify why you used a personal email instead of professional. You can use that space to say why you used a personal email and also mention the official I’d.
