Interview invites will be sent out through April for round two; I would not worry if you have not heard anything yet because the admissions committee is still going through all the applications. I am a current second-year student and student interviewer. We are still getting new interview holds placed on our calendar for next month. My advice is to relax! You’ve put in countless hours until this point and your best foot forward. I know it is easier said than done, but I personally would not stress over something that is out of my hands at this point
Thanks, Pengui; these words are a relief as they come straight from a second-year student.

Are number of applications higher at Cornell this year as compared to the previous few years?
+1, please if you can reply
While writing the above two messages, I got an email from Cornell asking about missing TOEFL/IELTS score report
If you have missed the TOEFL/IELTS minimum score requirement, all you have to do is reply back to this email in this format:
“I, Geetansh Kohli, confirm that I am aware of my English proficiency score not meeting the minimum requirement recommended for the program, but due to my other qualifications, I am able to attest that my score report is not an accurate reflection of my true fluency in the English language. Please move forward with my current application.”
Or
“I would like to retake the exam. I plan to retake the exam on (Retake Exam Date). Please let me know if this timeline would work for the committee as well.”
Shall I go with the first, please suggest. The reason I am asking the question is I want to confirm whether the first statement can have an adverse effect on my application
