What are some of the qualities you see in successful students in the MBA program? Or What common traits do successful students in this program tend to have? How do you suggest I prepare myself for the MBA program? Looking objectively at the program, where is there room for improvement? How does your program/the admissions committee define student success?

Based on interview debriefs, I had prepared an 8-10 min response for Darden, but my interviewer only allowed me to speak for 3 mins before interrupting...I covered early childhood and how it led to my decision of pursuing engineering and what extracurricular activities I engaged in at college...then she started asking about those extracurriculars. We eventually moved to professional experience as I responded to her questions... I’d say prepare a response talking about your entire journey explaining major life decisions, and for most people overall narrative is ~10 mins or so...just remember its okay if you don’t get to convey it all in the flow you had prepared...at the end it’ll be a super fun, casual conversation...
