Any updates on R Round 2 Interview invites for Indians?

I attended the webinar with the Dean yesterday. They explicitly stated that they release interview invites till March (specifically till 1 week before the result date). So I guess wait and watch.

Advice for R2 applicants who got interview invites: know your story clearly, especially why and how. Be ready to answer questions on a deep personal level. You should be able to answer why you chose your undergrad major, why and how you got your jobs, what you learned from your roles (specific stories), how you moved up in titles. Knowing these will cover 80% of your interview, the rest 20% is for typical MBA interview questions Best of luck

Those who got their interview invites, surely your application status isn’t showing Awaiting Materials, right? For the awaiting material stage ones, I believe the ad-com has yet to view the applications

Honestly the message from BaoN sums it up, know your story well. Kate interviewed me, and was much more interested in why I did certain things, why I made professional moves/why I was interested in my extra curricular rather than the usual behavioural questions you would expect She’s great, really nice conversation and listens very intently, Keep your answers to the point though, because she will stop you if she finds you rambling or not answering her question
