So no chances of applying with an Online score? I expected IIMA to reconsider their decision. This way the reapplicants percentage would be much higher than previous year.

I am applying for the first time, do we need to send the "OFFICIAL GMAT" score from GMAT/GMAC directly to schools now itself or can we wait until we are asked by college or selected to further rounds? Any suggestions pls !

For the Managerial Position question - are they trying to distinguish between a People Manager and an Individual Contributor or as long as the term manager is present in the Job Designation, we should make it yes?

It is not a strict "no". But its a very rare case (often exceptional, ex - Defence background, etc).
