Quick Question
if a college in USA has a deadline for January 5th, so does it mean the application be submitted before 11:59 pm of that college location and not of the country say india time zone?

Please let me know as soon as possible.

I would always play it safe and submitt before 11.59 EST.

It is also asking for financial details..
