Got an interview with Paul Carlson today. It was a nice and very friendly talk. Paul was very funny and open.

It took about 30 mins.

1. Tell about Work Experience.
2. Why MBA and Why now?
3. How do i define "success"
4. What's my leadership style?
5. Tell about a conflict situation
6. Tell about a situation when I received a constructive feedback from Management.
7. Challenge my education and my work experience whether they were related to data analytics (as I'm focusing on Marketing Analytics)
8. How did I know about Kelley?

When can we expect early round decisions? Will it be given out on Dec 20th or will the adcom roll out decisions early?

I attended an information session recently in Mumbai, where we were informed that Kelley uses Indians and Chinese applicants to raise their average GMAT score, to improve their ranking. Last year the average for admitted Indian student was 730. Looks like they want to increase this further. This really sucks.
