Was the language in everyone’s interview confirmation email "You may now schedule an interview directly with Kellogg Admissions staff!" ? Curious if this means I’d be interviewing directly with and admissions office, or if it’s a generic email?

My interviewer is a 2nd year student. I was just wondering if everyone else also got a student rather than the adcom.

who interviews doesn’t matter, i’ve seen those interviewed by first year students accepted, and adcomms interviews rejected.

Yeah, I did too. I think they interview everyone lmao

Just have to request for an interview on their portal

Took them about 10 days to get back to me

Kellogg does not interview all candidates, though they do interview most (Somewhere between 70-90% of applicants depending on their assessment of profile, and how many of those can be eliminated, regardless of how strong their interview is)

I didn’t receive any. I requested the invite on the portal even before they sent an email.

Hi, an Indian applicant here. Haven’t received the link, but have received a confirmation mail of the interview with this text in the mail "You will receive reminder emails with further instructions on accessing your virtual interview via ZOOM 24 hours before your interview date and time. "

Hey - the exact same thing happened to me. Is this a glitch? Has your portal been updated since you posted this? Not sure if this is worth reaching out to admission for or not.

my interviewer is not responding to my mails, i sent a followup today. how long should i wait before i reach back to adcoms?
