I shared mine above. I think the interview style is pretty much depending on the interviewer. I had a conversation with an alumnus from my country, he used to be an interviewer for Kellogg too. He told me that they all got a set of questions from Kellogg, but their main duties were to complete the report which has specific categories to fill out and judge candidates on. Therefore, interviewers will just ask whatever they like to get to those categories.
And at the end, there will be 3 boxes:
1. Do not recommend
2. Somewhat recommend
3. Enthusiastically recommend
If your interviewer ticks “Do not recommend”, your application will be rejected. If he/she ticks the other 2 boxes, your application will be further reviewed by the AdCom
