I received the video interview on Nov.8, because i was on business trip, so i just finished it on Nov.19. And I received the person to person interview on Nov.20. I selected the Skype.

Please provide more information about the interview questions,time limits ,question types etc.

Yup..any insights on the Kira interview are verrrry appreciated. Kira reminds me of deathnote and probably that is the reason i am more scared and nervous about it.

also, how do we know by when do we have to submit this video? Another user said he/she had received an email to submit it before 27th..I did not get any such email.Did anyone else get anything similar or does that mail state that 27th is the last date for everyone?

Hello All

I am an international student who applied for Round 1 (2nd November deadline). I have received an invitation to submit a video interview. Any idea on what type of questions should i expect? The practice questions have a response time of only 1 minute

1. significant accomplishment
2. ideal balance between work and recreation
3. tell me about a group situation when u disagree with someone? how did u resolve the problem?

anyone else gave the video inteview? how did it go? mine went really well... will there be skype invite now?

I also took the video interview and received an invitation for a skype interview 2 days later

Btw, my questions were totally different... I guess they are specific to each application

Hi All,

This is regarding the one year mba program from Mendoza (Probably not the right thread, but did not find one for the one year mba program)

On requesting for information for the one year mba program, there is an information display as below:

"Must have three credit hours of financial accounting and three credit hours of statistics to be considered for the one-year program."

what is the significance of the above statement? If I just hold a bachelors degree in Engineering, would it not be sufficient?

Is it possible that they consider students if the pursue these financial accounting degrees via course era?

Also, is TOEFL mandatory for applying to this b - school?

Hi Vijay,

I'm also applying to the 1 yr program. I guess your engineering degree would only be enough if you had accounting, finance and/or statistics classes. Don't know about course era...

I think the Toefl is mandatory if English is not your native language. Maybe they could waive this requirement if your engineering degree was taught in english... The best thing you can do is write an email the admissions office

dude in ur engineering u must have studied subjects such as financial management or managerial economics or something on the lines of those? they will suffice for financial accounting....... as for statistics everyone learns dat topic in one of d many maths subject we go thru, u can mention d courses u studied these topics under to the adcom.... u shud contact admissions committee abt it or u can pursue a short course from MBA MATH to demonstrate ur credentials in these subjects, just confirm with the admissions committee if they accept it or not

For some reason, some posts on this thread are just a pain to interpret, I know this is the cyber space so the standard is not as strict, but being on a business school forum I would also hope that people can respect the language and other people.

Anyway, how are the applications going? Round 1 applicants will soon find out the final decisions, excited?

Hello Everyone,

My name is Wally and I am a current student in the Notre Dame MBA Program. First off, let me say how exciting it is to see so many people are interested in Notre Dame. This University is truly a special place. What I can say from my experience here is that Notre Dame definitely delivers on its promise of a strong program, personalized attention, and valuable alumni network. The Notre Dame MBA Program is one of the best programs not only because of what I've already stated, but also it's dedication to ethics (an attribute that can be more attractive to top companies than what the Top 10 programs can offer).

I have taken it upon myself to post here so that I may be able to answer any questions any of you might have about the program or Notre Dame, IN general. I cannot answer questions, nor should I, about for what admissions is looking or how good someone's chances may be. Those kinds of questions should be directed to admissions.

I definitely suggest making Notre Dame your school of choice. You won't regret it. Do a campus visit or attend a preview weekend event and you'll be sold.

I dont really know if Skype or f2f interview is mandatory. I guess you should ask the admissions office. I sincerely hope everything turns out good for you
