Interview was very short, the duration was 32 mins, which includes 10 mins of me asking qs at the end. She was a bit unwell due to cold.
She gave her introduction. Then she asked me below questions (this went for just 21 mins):

Walk me through your resume and highlight your experience
What really drives your interest in pursuing an MBA at this stage in my career and why it could be a meaningful choice for me?
How do you envision yourself being involved in the Ross community?
TMAT when you had to adjust your approach to the situation in order to accomplish a task or a goal.
Can you walk me through a project where you had to balance multiple competing priorities and made a mistake. How did you take an accountability and adjust your approach as needed?
TMAT when you faced a significant setback or obstacle. How did you handle it and what did you learn from your experience?
How do you approach building relationships and networks with individuals with different cultural backgrounds?

My interview was very interesting, conversational and zero traditional. It lasted 50 minutes and it was with an alumni graduated more than a decade ago.

He asked me why now and why Ross and other all questions were based on my CV. Many times we were discussing a point and a new sprang up and then we switched the point. For many times we talked about personal interests (for example, one specifical American magazine). He and I are from tech so I think it helped a lot to create a connection (for example, he asked me why I like to code).

My english is B2 so I was feeling anxious. Once I didn't understand the question and he helped me to ensure I did get the point. Other time I didn't have the word to describe a product but I explained in other way and I could see in his face he liked seeming solving a problem in real time. He said I must keep improving my English and gave me tips of sources of practice, but said it's enough to have a mba and would be a larger problem if I would look for job in USA (I am a sponsored candidate).

I think it's a very specific experience that will not happen to majority here, but what I would like to say is; if you prepare yourself by the most common question, you probably will know your career, your needs and wishers, and yourself in that point you will feel comfortable to talk about everything.

Got done with my ross interview earlier today. It was with a 1st year student at Ross. Interviewer was very friendly and engaging. The interview was conversational and went for about 50 minutes. Questions asked:

• Tell me about your background, work experience, and life outside of work.
• Why do you want an MBA now, and why is this the right time for your career?
• How does Ross align with your specific goals and aspirations?
• What other clubs or activities do you want to join at Ross to contribute to the community?
• Describe a time you had to change your approach to reach a goal.
• Describe a time you took the lead to resolve a difficult problem or conflict.
• Tell me about a time you received tough feedback and how you handled it.
• Have you noticed better results since you started implementing that feedback?
• Tell me about a project where you faced a major setback and what you learned.
• Tell me about a time you handled a project with a lot of uncertainty or unclear goals.
• Describe a time you adapted your leadership style to meet the needs of a diverse team.
• Do you have any questions for me?
