Has anyone received any call for second round of interview? I read it happened last year.
Thanks

I am not sure about a second round, but I had two interviews last week - both with Associate Deans. According to the last year's forum, that should be it!

Did you have them on the same day or you got another invite?
I had only the "coffee with Associate Dean" one on 4th Dec.
I have received an invite for a coffee chat session for tomorrow. Can anyone throw some light on what to expect there and what preparation to be done by a candidate? Though, through the language it seems more of a conversation and information session and for a better understanding of a candidate's needs and school's requirements, can I expect certain surprise questions such as a case study? I have read somewhere that sometimes candidates get selected through the coffee chat itself and sometimes they are further interviewed. Can anyone throw some light on that?
Thank you

Hi,
I had also received a coffee chat session mail - but I thought it was a promotional email. Is it a necessary step for the admission process??

I thought the same too. I thought it was a promotional mail. Is it a necessary step? Can someone please confirm?
Yes the coffee chat session is important and should not be missed. My interview happened over that coffee chat session and yesterday I got offer of admission. Just one round of interview in my case.
To all those who have received invites and admits, when did y'all submit the application?
I submitted the application on the last day of r1 deadline. I haven't received any update yet, except for the coffee chat one which I ignored treating it as a promotional mail.

Would that mean a ding?

I also have the same issue. Although I had mailed last week to get an update on my application and was told to wait till 20th December. Still waiting for the update.
Did anyone else receive any update in the last 2-3 days ?
