Hi everyone!

I haven’t received any information regarding an interview but when I logged in to check my status, it says “Waitlist”. Any idea what that means?

Hey Pallavi,
Where did you check the status?

Can you please confirm it changed from "application processing" to "waitlist"?

For me I had the first prelim round. Not heard after that, and my app status is "application processing"

Hi Rishav,

Thank you for responding so quickly! I checked the status on the application portal under the “View Application/ Make Payment/ Submit Reply on offer of admission” tab. My application status says Waitlist. But I have not received a single email regarding an interview.

I do not know what to make of it.

Guys I still have to give the gmat ,and I am getting so stressed my essays etc all in place but the gmat prep is killing me for round two can I still apply by 31st March and before is that right ?

Also can someone please shed light to the next step forward any help and inputs would be a life saver as I am currently away on business to China for the past month and reaching India next week and trying my best to study whenever I can

My Progress so far -

Just want to know what should the next step be now I have finished verbal concept wise and simultaneously practising section wise from OG2020 and OGvr 2020 with 80-90 percent accuracy , I have however been doing the verbal only not under accurate timing but under 22.5-30 minutes timings

Should I move on the quant concepts now and then practise with og for quant the same way ? Or do timed condition practising for verbal first under test conditions before moving on to quant ?

Also I have been studying from the egmat course and I don’t know but the egmat course questions I am really stuck at 60-70% accuracy for medium questions , but OG questions i really get it properly .

Please suggest the path moving forward also , I don’t think I should waste more time on concepts as already given almost 2 months to verbal only .

Will accuracy improves with proper understanding through error analysis and should I be moving on to doing the questions now u der times circumstances, or again spend all time doing concepts

The best path forward would be greatly appreciated preferably from fellow students who have done the test recently and can help a brother out

Regards

Nitish

None in my knowledge but you can touch base with other admits and create a group. Here is the admit roll call...

Hi all,

I'm new to this site and new to GMAT. Preparing to take GMAT soon, but not for NUS MBA application. Hopefully I can find an 'accountability' buddy to study with. May I continue to post here or is there a better thread to be in?

A question here, please. In case the referee does not submit the report within 14 days, the link expires. Can the same referee be added again in the application?

Hi all,

Is anyone waiting here for final interview invite after preliminary interview?

My preliminary interview was on 26th November, yet I have not heard from them.

Although my status says "application processing"

Is there any scope of next interview or the chances are bleak?

Regards
Rishav

Hi,
Anyone applying for Part-time?
For part time application deadlines, I noticed there are 2 rounds stated on the brochure(Round 1: 31st Jan / Round 2: 15th May), whereas there are no separate rounds mentioned on the NUS website.
Would anyone know if the 2 rounds are valid, and if so would the 1st round be the scholarship qualifying round?

*Apologies if this forum is for Full time only! Any part timers hit me up!

Hi Steph5002, This forum is for NUS discussions. So you can ask anything related to NUS. Be it part time or full time.

As per the website. Part time cycle is till 15th of May.

I don't know whether scholarships are available for part time as well.
I'll send a mail to NUS and revert to you.

Hi,
I would recommend that you write a mail to the admissions team. This usually doesn't happen, so it's better to check with them.

Best,
Abhijeet

Had a question guys -

a. What is the difference between R1 vs R2 (when both are rolling windows)
b. Also, how does applying on Jan 31 (last day of R1 rolling window) vs Feb 1 (first day of R2 rolling window) make/break the chances?

a. The only difference is the Scholarship. It's available only in R1.
b. If you submit on/before Jan 31st, You'll be consider for Scholarship.

Hope it helps
