Any idea on what the chances of being interviewed are for wait listed candidates? If it is a decent number, I might contemplate giving my GMAT again...

I applied during Round 2 btw, just a couple of hours before the deadline.

I feel like R2 has been awfully quiet decision-wise... A couple invites in December, a couple a few weeks ago, and silence. What is happening? I need to know nooooooowwww!

A friend of mine at Stern told me that the Ad Com has started reviewing the R3 applications and we may begin hearing from them before mid-Feb.

I have a video view for my optional essay (unlisted so can be opened via link only) from New York...

So definitely they have started reviews. The wait is on!!

Submitted my application yesterday afternoon. Used the 3rd essay to explain why I am applying in the last round (work/career related). Otherwise feel like I have a very strong application like all of you on here. Keeping my fingers crossed!!!

Thanks, just wondering the timelines. I submitted my application on 2/3 and I looked at the application status page this afternoon and it's now under review.

I applied R1 and my application never changed to "under review." I wouldn't give too much weight to those status changes.

My application changed to under review yesterday. R3 applicant . do you guy know the period between review and invitation?

Admitted with full scholarship...Indian working in Singapore...I applied R 1 , interviewed in Jan in NY...very pleased...:)
