You can look at Tech MBA programs at Cornell and MIT Sloan, I considered applying but couldn't manage time in R1.

Yeah I think I saw you leave . Cornell's Tech MBA is not STEM, I checked with an alum. MIT can you share the name of the program? I could only find MSBA as the closest option which is STEM and has business related courses as well. Duke's is an option but not going for it because of the exorbitant fee. SIMRANSUNDRIYAL I think I was checking MSDM at MIT Sloan. Notre Dame Mendoza also has some STEM designated programs I think.
