my 2 cents = schools give GMAT waiver, but prefer people who have written the GMAT ,with all else being equal. Therefore, GMAT waiver might feel great initially, but you have to overcompensate with other stats
Jphs2021, I decided to apply in Round 2 , which is nearing and I had chat with Ashley too, just a normal Zoom call.. She was explaining about university (not a interview call)

I have 8 years of we in the Marketing field. I had an interview, but it was a different interview, because it only lasted 15 minutes, though I thought the conversation was great! But I agree about the GMAT waiver, this is not a really good way to go.
