How soon after the deadline do people know whether or not they have been invited for preselection?

I applied in Round 1 deadline. I received the pre-selection outcome on Jan 27 and final decision on Feb 6.

Hi, is it necessary to send official GMAT scores using HEC code while applying ? or is it something we can send after getting admitted/interview call?

For Judge, they simply asked for pdf of the official score report during initial application, so I was wondering if HEC has a different policy.

Yes, you will be required to ask GMAC to send your official GMAT result to them (HEC). And that's during your initial application or your application will be marked as incomplete and will not be put forward for preselection.
