Hi Guys, in the Michigan Ross 'schedule interview' page, time zone for interview slot is not mentioned. Any idea about the time zone?

Can anyone who has been invited to interview confirm if their status has been updated on Ross' applyweb site?

Nothing changed for me.

Hello everyone,

I have been invited to interview and have a question on the team exercise. I live in Mumbai but the exercise isn't happening in India in R2. If I have to do it, I would need to travel to one of Tokyo, Beijing or Sao Paulo.

How optional is optional? Are applicants expected to make international trips for the team exercise? And do people get in even if they decide to skip the exercise?

Do let me know what you guys think!

Best,
Piper.

It is really optional. There is even a video in the invite email literally answering this question.

To be fair, I think it can even hurt your chances if you are not 100% sure you will do outstanding after a round trip to another country.

While the wait for 2nd wave of invites goes on, I got chance to compare interview invites reported in R1 with those in 1st wave of R2.

Anyone from R1 manage to swing additional tuition assistance (from Ross or otherwise)? Really really excited for Ross but the only hangup I'm having is the cost of attending is about $20-$30k more than I have budgeted.

I know it's not a lot in the grand scheme but would make my life soooo much easier if they're amenable to any sort of request like that and curious if anyone has had success with Ross or others in this arena?

I got admitted on 1st round without going to the team exercise, although I traveled abroad for alumni interview, which might be seen as a kind of commitment.
