Just did my interview. It seemed like I was asked more questions than normal and difficult ones too. Here's most of it:
- Walk me through the highlights of your resume in 2-3 minutes
- How do you solve problems?
- Tell me about a time you convinced a colleague/supervisor
- How do you deal with setbacks? Provide examples
- What extracurricular activities are you involved in?
- What do you do for personal development?
- How does Rotman compare to the other schools you're applying to?
- What is your biggest professional achievement
- What did you learn in the past year?
- Why MBA?
- Why Rotman?
- What do you consider as success at Rotman?
- How do you plan to fund your MBA?
Then my questions...and she said to expect a reply in 2-3 weeks.
I was a bit nervous so I forgot a couple of things along the way and I admitted to actually being nervous (Yikes!). I wouldn't be surprised if I get dinged but then again I feel like I gave solid answers. I guess we'll know for sure in 2-3 weeks.
