The word "legal" seems to be what is driving most of the public discourse on immigration these days. You're going to be in the States legally, so there is no reason to fear the government.
However, if you are from Iran, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, or Libya, unfortunately it looks like you would be best served by considering other options.
If your question relates to US culture and not public policy, I would have to explain in a different way why I think the US is still a great option for international students seeking an MBA education.

Hey James,
US has without any doubt the best environment for international students.
I am concerned about the policies the govt. might bring in the future. Treading on a cautious path, news is pouring in that many companies especially Indian IT firms are planning on hiring more American workers rather than International ones to make their business less prone to scrutiny by the govt.
I think this might affect employment opportunities for International applicants.
