Hey folks, I got the application fee waiver after following all the steps, but I didn’t actually end up scheduling a call with the adcom, which was one of the steps. I still haven’t received an invite - could this be the reason?

Hi, I got the fee waiver too and I didn’t schedule the call with Adcom. I don’t think that in any way impacts your interview invite, as I received one. It’s not easy to wait, instead, I would suggest you reach out to adcom,, asking whether they’re still reviewing your application or not.

Just checked the last year's data, people received interview invite even on 2nd December when the decision date was December 8, and many people were also waitlisted without interview as well on the decision date, so let's not give up hope just yet. :)
