last year, the release date for EA was dec 16th but according to clearadmit: people got calls on 15th dec

Tuck thread seems to be the most quite thread of all B Schools! Cheer up guys! I think they start calling early like most B Schools, especially for international students

Hey guys, Tuck Alum checking in here...the AdCom may (key word: MAY) call on the 14th before decisions come out on the 15th. However, not everyone in my class got a call the day before, it just depended on how many admits they were able to get a hold of/call. Don't freak out if you don't get a call, when you get access to your electronic letter at 5pm EST on Friday, you'll know what the official decision is. GOOD LUCK!

I believe the earliest time on Earth on any given date is EST minus 7 hours. If the calls start, say at 7 am EST on 16th dec, no where in the world it is 15th dec anymore. Then decisions could have been reported only dated 16th and 17th, right?

the meaning of "minus" is bit vague.....Place like Japan is 14 hour earlier than EST, 7am EST means 9pm in Japan.

They should be calling starting on 14th Dec., a day ahead of decision day, so we should be start to hear from them in less than 5 hours.

Azzzazel, Japan is 14 hours ahead of EST, so 7am EST (16th dec) is 9pm in Japan (16th dec) (and in New Zealand 7am EST 16th dec is 1am 17th dec).

Not really much you can do though, either your phone rings; or it doesn't - try and keep your head down and mind off things.

Interestingly I spoke to one of the adcoms a few weeks ago, and she gave me the impression they don't call all admitted students, so not entirely sure what to expect.

Interestingly I spoke to one of the adcoms a few weeks ago, and she gave me the impression they don't call all admitted students, so not entirely sure what to expect.
