I have studied from Delhi University and a Chartered Accountant in India. Is there a need for TOEFL or any letter from institution for confirmation on english proficiency?

You definitely want to outline/shape the stories that your recommender will share. This is going to be a lot of work, so it's important to start ASAP. This element of the application is always quite important for executive programs, and you can tell they feel that way by having no word limits + an upload feature for additional comments/PDFs. The good thing is that only one recommendation is required now. What is your relationship with the applicant and how long have you known him/her? How has the applicant’s career progressed during the time you have known or worked with him/her? Please be as specific as possible. In your opinion, what is the applicant’s most outstanding quality? What makes this applicant an exceptional colleague or employee? Please use specific examples to demonstrate these qualities. Please discuss the applicant’s weaknesses and the efforts, if any, the applicant has made to improve in these areas. Please discuss your observations concerning the applicant’s leadership skills. Please cite specific situations that demonstrate the applicant’s leadership abilities. What is your impression of the candidate’s ability to work closely with others? Please describe a specific situation that illustrates the candidate’s ability to work in group project environments. Hey, for ReVera background checks, do they only contact your current employer or all previous employers

Has anyone here sent the recommenders the link for LoR, and later switched them out? The separate portal for LoRs shows the updated person, but the application portal still shows the old person. Any issues with this?
