ThrivingWind
Anyone that interviewed on campus know if there were admissions officers hanging around? I didn't think I saw any (aside from the intro in the beginning). Curious because I got stuck in a circle with some folks having some polarizing conversations...and I'm paranoid someone from admissions heard and I'm going to be judged...this might sounds silly, but SOM is my top choice so I'm just a little worried.

I interviewed in-person on the 10th and was around several students who were speaking openly about which schools they actually wanted to attend, and Yale wasn't one of them. So, I get your concerns, and maybe we were in the same conversations?
The only admissions officers that I saw were at the beginning when they spoke to the large group and at a reception at the end of the day. There was also an admissions rep at the check-in table on the second floor, right above the stairs, but I think he was a student. All in all, I think we're probably worrying about something unnecessarily. I doubt anyone heard the conversations, and even if they did, I'm not sure that anyone other than the most egregious offenders would see any impact to their application chances.
I appreciate the thoughtout response and I think we might have been in the same conversation! Fingers crossed it is just unnecessary worrying!
