Thank you all. I got the news yesterday. I interviewed on 19-Jan. But with the scholarship offered, it's hard for me to enroll into Mason though I really like the school.

When I interviewed the head of career services at Mason said you should always try to negotiate. She was talking about job offers, but that mindset applies to many other aspects of life (including grad school admissions, imo). Contacting the office can't hurt, and if you have better scholarship offers from comparable or more competitive schools, be sure to cite them. Best of luck! Posted from my mobile device
