Anyone who's written a Vetter fellowship essay - what kind of questions does the interviewer ask to justify this?

Very similar situation, same schools. LA and Cali seems dope, but graduating with more debt and higher cost of living afterwards, is making me lean towards UNC. Anyone know how real Marshall's rise in the rankings in last 4 years is, is it sustainable, will it become a T-18 program equivalent to UCLA Anderson and CMU, or will it slip back into the T-25 range? UNC seems to be around 20 for now, and North Carolina seems like a cheap place to live in comparison. Also Chapel-Hill town seems really nice. Tough choice!

I wrote the Vetter fellowship essay, didn;t get any questions about that, when I asked about it I was told that the Vetter Fellowship is evaluated based only on your essay and overall profile not the interview specifically
