They start their calls in the morning of the published announcement date (AZ time) and, I believe, sequence their calls depending on the admitted student's time zone. As I'm located in East Asia, I received my call prior to midnight, local time.

I received an admit. I was waitlisted in R2. I retook my GMAT and improved my score from 700 to 750, then I reported this to school. This may have worked for me and I was confirmed a seat for FT MBA. Got a call.
