If your grades are 'considered First Class' then I would not worry too much about those moving forward. In any case, you cannot change your undergraduate GPA. However, there are plenty of things you can work on going forward. You have been working in a good company and the way you discuss this in your application and interview can help you build a strong case for yourself with the adcom. You should also prepare well for the GRE/GMAT because those tests allow the universities to compare candidates across different geographies.

I definitely think you could be a strong candidate for most of the best schools in Canada so don't hesitate to apply.

Though your academics fall below the average of the school you planning to apply to, you would be skeptical about how it would affect your MBA applications. While it does matter to an extent, it is not a dealbreaker for the application. Hence, the GMAT/GRE score, application essays, all give you a chance to prove your worth and your creative side to the school. Your grades and work exposure are all a set of experiences. At the point when candidates' work insight, scholarly abilities, scholastic records, and EC's are similarly exemplification.

You could legitimately decide to start the essay with the reason why a particular MBA program is best for you to highlight enthusiasm for that school. Whichever structure you choose, each section of your essay must be tightly integrated with others. Your past, present, and future must be shown to logically support each other.

Moreover, Canadian business schools offer an array of MBA programs with multiple specialization options. However, your work experience plays an essential role in which program you would be eligible for and how to make a choice. Also, Canada is primarily a very immigrant-friendly country. Hence, it will be easy for you to grab great international career opportunities easily. I definitely suggest you apply to Canadian schools that fit your MBA goals.

Thanks for sharing your question, you have a quite decent percentage in graduation, if we talk about your profile so you have great work experience, you can get admission so here I would like to suggest you start preparing for the GMAT, and try to get an exceptional score in GMAT, after the GMAT you have a series of things to concentrate, you should work upon your story, you can add any big project, and about your community service, focus on hard and smart work then nothing to worry you have to stress that now you need to build the profile, get your strategy aligned with the right course/college, ensure your profile adds to your short term and long-term goal. I am attaching a video link just go through with that also you will get more clarity.
