Hi all,
Wanted to know if anybody had run into this issue with the horrible platform.
I bought the additional practice exams about 3 months ago and I scheduled myself to do a practice test today. But to my surprise when I enter any of the activation codes I get the following error message: " Sorry, we could not find this code in our system. Double check that you entered the code correctly and try again. "
This is incredibly frustrating as I have little time for my gmat and I really need to get it done today. GMAC is quick to take your cash but their systems and platform absolutely SUCK.
I tried clearing my cookies, using three different browsers, creating new accounts and nothing worked.
Anybody had the issue and was able to resolve it quickly? I know I can call them but since its Sunday nobody is picking up the phone

The interface at www.mba.com was 'updated' a couple of months ago (back in February, I think) - and if you purchased that Exam Pack BEFORE the change took effect, then it's possible that the code that you purchased is no longer recognized by the current interface. I have to assume that this has happened to other users as well, but it's ultimately a Customer Service issue that will have to be dealt with by the team at www.mba.com (so even though word is that it has become a bit tedious to deal with that organization's Customer Support, that's the only group that will be able to help you with your issue).
When are you scheduled to take the Official GMAT? How have you been scoring on your practice CATs/mocks?

I am actually trying to get in touch with them but their phone lines say they will get back to me within 2 business days, which is very annoying since I have my official test this saturday.
I did my first test a month ago but went into a bit of a panic mode and scored 700 (Q44(well below what I expected)/V41).
I did the two free official practice tests and scored 720 (Q48/V41) and 750 (Q50/V41), so I am optimistic about the next attempt but wanted to get more practice in.
Hopefully mba store team gets their **** together.
