// Hello, I am CaptainLevi, from the anime AOT helping and guiding new recruits on how to use GMATCLUB to the fullest. If yew haven't wantched AOT then you should definitely watch it!!//

Anyways, with intros over, lets head down to the guide, first things first what is GMATCLUB (GC) and how come it's the best site in the world?

GC is a closely knit community of members who will write GMAT, who have written GMAT, who are current students and alumna of many reputable b-schools, and many experts from various prep and admissions companies, all together in one place to answers all your questions and help guide you to your dream b-school. This place has everything from guides, deals of packages for many prep and admission companies to debriefs of interviews and applicant tracking for many schools. This place is so vast you would be lost even before you start using this site to the fullest and this is where I come on. To guide you where and what everything is located.

Without wasting anymore time, brief explanation about all the tabs present in the main men of GC and their purpose

The bold blue bar with the GC logo and all the buttons is the main backbone of the club. Just using those options you can go to any part of the website in the quickest manner. The buttons are FORUM GMAT MBA DEALS REVIEWS MARKETPLACE CHAT with search button in the end.

FORUM- For new comers this is will be the place where you will be hanging out the most. It has all the discussions regarding quants, verbals, admission guidance, expert support and many other links to different forums. The GMAT Quantitative (PS DS) GMAT Verbal (RC CR SC) is the place where you will find all the question, guides and other tips and tricks.

GMAT- This tab has very thing that you will help you tackle GMAT even more effectively, Self prep guides, GMAT books, GC tests and error log, you will also find gmat debriefs and timing strategies. Everything is nice if it starts with the word FREE unless you just received a free trip to Morocco and all you need to do is share your card details which you should not do. But in GC, there is a list which would tell you all the free content and trials the prep and admissions companies are providing for users who want to experience what it's like if they paid for it.

MBA- This tab has all the resources and guidance you need to fight the essays, interviews, stats of different colleges, resumes and scholarships information. This tab has direct links to specific college discussion threads too.

DEALS- Everybody likes discounts and sale and this is the place where you would find the best deals in market for prep and admission courses. If you wanna save some buck and get the most out of the course, this is the right place.

REVIEWS- have you ever found yourself in Quora or google thinking is this review actually genuine, did that guy really get his hairline back. has three super model girlfriends and now is a oil prince in middle east just because he used that prep course ? Well doubt no more, the reviews in the GC regarding anything from GMAT test center to the prep course and exams, all the reviews are 100% authenticated, verified and completely honest.

MARKETPLACE- Like the bustling streets in Cairo where everyone is trying to sell, marketplace is where you would find all the packages deals and discounts for many packages depending upon your needs.

CHAT- like a classroom with students all the time talking, chat is active all the time with moderators and many people coming by to help people answers your quires and give suggestions and talk some off topic stuff too. Its always active and sometimes you would find chats for specific purposes too like"CHAT with current xys school students" etc.

On the side note, one secret tip to success for people attempting gmat, even if it's the first attempt or third, if this exam will change your career completely. GMAT is a adaptive exam as we all know and grows stronger as do we at the same time, but its has a secret weapon that is the strongest to conquer. That secret weapon is STRESS. If GMAT even gets a whiff that you are stressed it will knock you down so bad you wont even see it coming. Preparing for GMAT is like a journey, enjoy it completely till the D-Day and you can definitely defeat it.

This is just a brief post and I will be making another post on to efficiently use the quants and verbal forums to squeeze the most out of it.
