NEED HELP!!!

Manager: A bachelors degree should be a pre-requisite for applicants to this position, so that interviewers won't waste time and resources interviewing candidates that lack the necessary intelligence for the job.

On which of the following assumptions does the manager's argument depend?

A) An applicant will be a good candidate for the position if he has a bachelor's degree
B) A candidate's intelligence is of more importance than his interpersonal skills.
C) Any candidate without a bachelor's degree lacks the necessary intelligence for the position.
D) The only function of a bachelor's degree is to test one's intelligence as it relates to potential employers.
E) The intelligence of applicants is the primary factor in making hiring decisions at this firm.
