thanks for your nice info..
Admissionado
I'd aim a bit lower in terms of school selection (20-40 range based on US News & World Report) -- you'll have a shot at Rice, but schools like NYU will be a big reach. A school like USC will still be a bit in the reach category, although definitely not as hard to get into as NYU. I'd also aim more for schools like Oxford rather than LBS. HEC & St Gallen will be tougher but you'd have a shot at Rotterdam & Imperial. Other European schools to consider are ESADE & Manchester.

Generally speaking you want to hit & ideally exceed the average GMAT & GPA at a school in order to be competitive. A lot depends on the strength of your accomplishments at work too. The adcom wants to see applicants who have driven meaningful impact (e.g., increasing revenue, decreasing costs, launching & leading new initiatives, etc). Depending on how strong your accomplishments are, the adcom will put more or less weight on your GMAT score. You'll also want to be sure to think through your post-MBA career goals. Those are not only a way to differentiate yourself & a key part of your overall story but they're also the foundation for your why MBA/why our school argument.

I hope that helps!
