If "Demi" performs, then surely "Paulina" will perform, which implies surely "Andrea" will perform.
=> Demi performs = 3

If "Zozibini" performs, then surely "Demi" will perform, then surely "Paulina" will perform, which implies surely "Andrea" will perform.

To determine the minimum number of contestants who must perform based on the conditions provided, we need to analyze the logical dependencies among the contestants.

Zozibini performs: 6
Demi performs if Iris or Zozibini performs, so if all participants participate except Iris or Zozibini, so 5 people, we are sure to have Demi performing, but 4 is also a guarantee becausethere can't be 4 people without Demi. 
Zozibini is not attached to any condition, so by taking the other 5 contestants, it is still possible to not have Z., so we need to have 6 participants if we want to make sure to have zozibini.

Andrea, Christiane, Demi, Iris, Paulina, and Zozibini

If Zozibini performs then Demi must perform, and so Paulina must perform too and therefore Andrea must also perform. Since Zozibini and Demi are already part of the 4 people that must perform at a minimum, the answer is 4.

­The trick here is to know that if either Iris or Zozibini performs, Dami must perform but vice-versa isn't true. Dami performing doens't mean that either of them did. 
Hence, for 1st, id Dami performs, then 3 people performed - Paulina and Andrea. 
For 2nd, if Zozibini performs, then again the abvoe 3 people must've performed. Dami, Paulina and Andrea. 
3 and 4 are the answers.
