I have got a reply message from GMATCandidateServicesAPAC

"We understand your concern and regret the inconvenience caused, however, as per our records, we do not see any attempt to reschedule your appointment and we did not receive the rescheduling fee.
If you have been charged, the amount will fall off within 7 business days, if it does not we suggest you please contact your bank to reverse the charges as we did not receive it."

I can't understand should I try for reschedule again?
I have just 1 day left to reschedule the exam.

Did you try by DBBL virtual card? It may create problems, sometimes.
You should try to reschedule again if you want to take the exam on the specific date. If your paying bank deduct from your credit card, they'll reverse it for sure. The time is very short in your hand. So, try to pay again by endorsing dollar (if it is DBBL virtual account).
