A) The high rate of inflation in recent years has eroded the value of funds in the university budget.

B) The number of students enrolled in the graduate psychology program has decreased in the last few years.

C) No other program at the university has received a greater increase in its funding.

D) Increased income from student tuition more than offsets the increased costs of the program.

E) The allocation of funds reflects the university's commitment to the program. Correct.

funds to university plays a major role in decision regarding university programs ,so E must be the necessary assumption to holds it true .
