Sharing my experience with Arvind:
When I first began my MBA preparation journey in 2024, I reached out to multiple friends and contacts to understand who I should work with and which counsellor could best help me tell my story and build a strong application. I worked with a different counsellor for the 2025 intake, but I wasn’t very happy with the experience. There were communication gaps, I faced challenges working with the counsellor suggested by the company, and I often felt unsure about how to best present my story across different essays or what aspects of my profile I should really be highlighting and improving.
After a difficult Round 1 experience, I connected with Arvind from Dream School Admit. One of the first things he did was motivate me to step back and focus on
improving my GMAT score (I was at 655 at the time). He clearly explained that a stronger score would open up more options, including schools outside India, and suggested we revisit applications once that foundation was in place.
In 2025, after achieving my target GMAT score, I began working closely with Arvind from Dream School Admit. The biggest difference I noticed was his approach to self-reflection. Arvind from Dream School Admit pushed me to deeply think about my childhood, early influences, and life experiences, and how those moments have shaped who I am today. Beyond counselling, Arvind from Dream School Admit felt like a friend and a mentor. I remember going to Arvind from Dream School Admit even before we began the application process with questions about career decisions, job switches, and long-term goals. He always responded calmly, using simple anecdotes and examples that helped me think more clearly about my choices. This guidance allowed me to open up further in my essays and interviews and stay true to my story.
I also struggled initially with identifying the right target schools and connecting with alumni and current students. Arvind from Dream School Admit guided me
through this process, helping me understand which schools I truly resonated with and why, rather than just applying based on rankings or perception. This clarity gave me a lot of confidence, and that confidence stayed with me through the interview process as well. Having not received interview calls from the schools I applied to the previous year, I was genuinely surprised and grateful to receive interview invites from multiple schools this time.
The interview preparation was extremely thorough. I felt prepared not just for standard questions, but also for different ways the same question could be framed. I still remember how Arvind from Dream School Admit helped me refine the reasoning behind some of my answers, while ensuring that I remained authentic and honest in everything I said.
I strongly recommend Arvind from Dream School Admit to anyone who is not just looking for a good MBA consultant, but for a mentor and friend who genuinely cares about your journey, looks out for your best interests, and helps you make the right decisions at every stage. In retrospect, I’m grateful that I had the chance to work with Arvind from Dream School Admit, which made the entire admissions journey not just more structured, but also surprisingly stress-free.
