Hello Guys,

I need you inputs in selecting the best school out of :

1) Degroote (Mc Master) -Traditional MBA full time
2) Degroote (Mc Master) -Co-op MBA full time
3)Ryerson - Mba -MTI (master in technology information)
and
4)Schulich program (8 months in INDIA and 8 months in Canada)

Please help me to rank these schools in terms of placement and ROI.I have done my own research but still not able to make up my mind. Ryerson mba program tuition fees is less compared to mc master and schulisch .I also heard mc master co-op is really worth and better than schulich ,but schulich have good reputation and brand which mc master does not have .I have 6 years on experience in information technology sector and now looking to move into a role of project Manger or IT consultant .Experts please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd probably do Degroote if you want to work in Canada. You probably won't need to do a co-op program given you already have 6 years of work experience, but it might be good to do as a career switcher. If you don't care to live in Canada after you graduate, the Schulich program might be better.

I was also thinking the same .I have got offer letter from degroote for full time traditional MBA .

Also wanted to know which school have better reputation/brand and higher job opportunities ? Is it Ryerson MBA -MTI program or Degroote full time mba program ?

They will both be similar in terms of reputation. Both programs are ranked in the top 10 in Canada by Canadian Business, and both are AACSB accredited, I believe. Ryerson hasn't been a degree granting university as long as Degroote, so for that reason, I'd give Degroote the higher score. McMaster is also a better known school nationally. The advantage of Ryerson is its Toronto location for job placement.

Hi jeshdesh,
Well among the schools you've mentioned above I would say,
1. Schulich (even after 8 months in India)
2. Ryerson
3. DeGroote

However, it completely depends on your post mba goals.

i was thinking Schulisch mba india and then degroote but not ryerson.Can you please let me know why ryerson and why not degroote ful time mba ?

Schulich INDIA-CANADA Co-MBA is not up level with the traditional Schulich MBA.
It is just a gimmick from the school to set its hold in the indian market.

I would have crossed that off from my list.

My Vote is for Degroote.
10X times better than Indian-Schulich joint pseudo-MBA.


In Trump's terms =>It is just a FAKE-Schulich MBA degree.RUN.
